Stage 3: Watts of Community & Coping 🚴🏻‍♂️🧠

30 Aug 2021

Hola!

How are you doing today? Did you have a good weekend? Guess what? I’m on the sofa again.

This week the rain has kicked in over in Berlin, although i’m British and should say “The grass needs it” I don’t need it. But it gave me some time to get things done around my apartment.

This weekend was also extra awesome because a friend of mine who I have not seen in a very long time, came over from the UK, and we spent a long weekend riding our bikes, visiting some cool places to eat and generally catching up. Friendship is something I touched on last week on my Instagram so if you're interested click here.

Right anyway, on to the content, I have some more momentous things lined up to help you, and some awesome cycling content to accompany.

"There is this African proverb that says: “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” I think that proverb translates into everyday life, I won’t dive too deep into but this documentary covers the Migration Gravel Race. Inspired by the great migration of animals, that cross the Kenyan country. Gravel race meets safari, with giraffes, zebras, wildebeests and elephants crossing the same rivers and fields as the riders do.

SunGod Joins the 1% for the planet. Why am I mentioning this?
